How pricing is calculated for large groups
There is no fixed price list for group tours – the cost depends on several factors that we work through together during our initial call. The main variables are the number of people and therefore the number of carts required, the duration of the tour or transfer, the route and number of stops, whether a guide is needed and in which language, and whether any special arrangements are required such as audio equipment, coordination with a conference programme or multiple departure points.
As a general reference: each cart comfortably carries 7 passengers plus the driver. For groups above 100 people we typically split into waves with staggered departure times to keep everything running smoothly.
Once we have the details, we go through the full plan together. Everything is transparent – no hidden fees, no surprise charges on the day.
